Job summary
Clarus is transforming pet insurance technology to deliver faster reimbursements and better outcomes for veterinary teams and pet parents. As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead initiatives from concept through launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing and business stakeholders to drive meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintech or related digital platforms.
- Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile product development using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to inform roadmap priorities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
