Job summary
KeyBank seeks a Technical/ Senior Technical Product Manager to support the Client Pricing & Returns Tool (CPT). Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in Product/Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
- Experience in Agile software delivery environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data to identify trends.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, identify opportunities, and define solutions.
- Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog and align with delivery capacity.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to estimate work and manage delivery plans.
- Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
