Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Sr Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Commercial Digital Banking solution and related fintech integrations. You will partner with the Commercial Banking Team to define strategy, roadmaps and ensure value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into actionable user stories while maintaining regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product B2B management with a focus on commercial digital banking.
• 3+ years in strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and security.
• Experience in financial institutions or fintech vendor environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for the Commercial Digital Banking solution and fintech integrations.
• Develop product strategy, create roadmaps, and align with business objectives and market needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value on the product roadmap.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and translate needs into new features and services.
• Ensure regulatory and data security compliance and mentor other product managers.
