Job summary

Panacea Financial is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the architecture and integration of its core banking platform. This role focuses on migrating from a legacy system to Finxact, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external providers to translate requirements into scalable banking tech solutions.

The candidate will drive technical decisions, oversee data migration, APIs, and deployment readiness in a regulated environment, delivering robust, compliant platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, systems integration, or related financial technology roles.
• Strong experience with banking core systems, including implementations, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Fiserv Finxact strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical components of large-scale system migrations or platform implementations.
• Strong technical expertise in APIs, system architecture, data flows, and complex integrations.
• Knowledge of banking operations, including deposit and lending systems, transaction processing, and payment infrastructure.
• Experience working with cloud-based architectures and modern financial technology platforms.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments with an understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and solution design for the Finxact migration and core banking modernization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configurations, and scalable solutions across accounts, transactions, balances, and payments.
• Provide guidance on data migration, integration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges throughout implementation.
• Define core product definitions, test profiles, and account configurations to validate systems.
