KeyBank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Commercial Lending to lead a modern origination and underwriting platform. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end delivery across client intake, underwriting, closing, booking, and servicing handoffs in a cross-functional environment.

In this senior role, you will partner with business, risk, operations, data, and technology teams to define operating models, KPIs, and scalable processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in product management, lending transformation, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of people-management experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery and using Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the commercial lending origination platform.
• Define target outcomes, KPIs, and OKRs; align with senior leadership.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and continuous discovery.
• Partner with business, credit, operations, risk, legal, data, and technology leaders.
• Define operating models, controls, and systems of record for scalable delivery.
