Cotality, a leading property intelligence company, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own and prioritize the platform backlog, champion shared services, and guide platform evolution toward AI-native architectures. You will partner with designers, development leads, and architects, mentor teams, and drive the shift from dashboard-driven interactions to conversational experiences powered by AI.

Qualifications

5+ years leading product/development teams.
Hands-on Agile/XP experience in high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms and platform services.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate product delivery.

Responsibilities

Own, manage, and prioritize the technical backlog-balancing foundational capabilities with debt and remediation.
Act as the primary technical advocate for internal application and engineering teams.
Partner with designers, leads, and architects to guide technical directions and mentor PM community.
Shape the platform's transition toward AI-native architectures and conversational experiences.
Apply generative AI tools to generate/refine user stories and accelerate documentation.
