Principal Technical Program Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, product strategy, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management for core AI products, translating complex strategy into executable product roadmaps.
• Serve as the central technical bridge between AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product teams to ship sophisticated AI capabilities.
• Drive product requirements for high‑throughput, low‑latency architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑optimization.
• Oversee continuous benchmarking, fine‑tuning, and upgrading of models and agent frameworks to maintain market leadership and technical excellence.
• Navigate highly ambiguous, unprecedented technical challenges, applying deep analytical frameworks to resolve complex system bottlenecks, alignment issues, and infrastructure constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of deep technical experience in Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research with a proven track record of shipping platform‑level products.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams without direct authority.
• Advanced knowledge of the modern AI stack (e.g., Vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton Inference Server).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
• Deep understanding of Agile/XP and Lean Product Design applied to highly experimental R&D or platform engineering environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, balancing AI experimentation with enterprise‑grade reliability, safety, and compliance.

Annual Pay Range: 111,900 - 158,000 USD
