Capital One seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Travel Core Platform Team's roadmap, unifying design systems, AI tooling, deployment, and observability into a coherent program. You will partner with engineering, design, data and product teams to deliver measurable platform outcomes, drive adoption, and optimize for long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing acceptable.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience can substitute for a degree

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform Team's technical roadmap end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
• Drive centralization of the shared component library and migration of Travel funnels.
• Lead AI-driven development unlock: design-to-code mapping and AI grounding metadata.
• Modernize deployment, testing, and observability with guardrails and automation.
• Prototype concepts rapidly using AI tools and shape autonomous AI workflows.
• Participate in architecture reviews and design-system sessions as a credible technical peer.
• Run quarterly stakeholder reviews and develop migration guides and onboarding kits.
• Translate broad mandates into clear technical requirements and sequencing.
• Champion engineers and platform adopters to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
