Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing foundational capabilities with platform services. You will liaison with internal teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and guide platform direction with design and engineering leadership.

The role emphasizes a strong product mindset, XP/Agile practices, and hands-on cloud-native knowledge, with a focus on leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product/development team leadership experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Agile/XP experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience using modern AI tools in product management workflows (LLMs for storytelling, brainstorming, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the technical backlog (authentication/IAM, billing, e-commerce, onboarding, shared services).
• Act as the primary technical advocate for internal teams and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Guide technical directions with designers, leads, and architects and mentor the product management community.
