Job summary
Cotality is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in building scalable platform services, including authentication, billing, e-commerce and onboarding. You will champion AI-driven user experiences and collaborate with designers, leads, and architects to define directions and mentor the product management community.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in product/development, deep Agile/XP experience, and strong cloud-native knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product/leadership experience on Agile/XP teams.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and platform services.
- Active use of modern AI tools in product management workflows (LLMs for stories, brainstorming, docs).
- Strong product mindset focused on customer value and initiative.
- Nice to have background as software/platform engineer; real estate/insurance/mortgage knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the technical backlog (auth, billing, e-commerce, onboarding, shared services).
- Act as primary technical advocate for internal customers and teams.
- Mentor and contribute to product management community.
- Guide platform transition toward AI-powered user experiences and architectures.
- Apply generative AI to generate/refine user stories and accelerate docs.
