Kustomer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the core Platform roadmap, consolidating feedback from customers, marketing, sales, and CX into a clear plan for engineering execution.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate across functions, and balance stakeholder priorities while aiming for measurable customer impact. Candidates should have 5+ years in product management, a technical or related degree, and comfort navigating ambiguity with AI interest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of building platform products.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AI and leveraging AI in day-to-day work.
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces with clear solutions.
• Strong design sensibility and customer-focused thinking.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for large, multi-project outcomes.
• Concise communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Data-driven—set goals and measure impact on customers.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies and market trends.
• Domain knowledge of Customer Experience / CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core platform features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Gather customer insights and market data to inform decisions and strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Serve as the product liaison to senior leadership on priorities and progress.
