Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a senior technical product manager to own end-to-end product value, usability, and performance for one or more digital products.

You will align business and tech goals, write epics and user stories, and guide agile delivery with design and engineering teams to produce delightful digital experiences. You will partner across architects, developers, and vendors, staying current with new tech and driving roadmap initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
• 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features and cloud-native backend systems.
• 5+ years developing roadmaps, priorities, and feature definitions; managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Defines product value and direction by aligning business and technical objectives and establishing metrics.
• Drives technical solutions for large, complex features independently.
• Translates needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Drives delivery through Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manages product planning with architects, developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Keeps up with new tech and applies it to product solutions; mentors the team.
