Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a Sr. Technical Product Manager to define product value across planning, data, analytics, and enterprise tech. You will align business and technical goals, write epics and stories, and guide delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable, differentiated capabilities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations to shape a cohesive product ecosystem and drive measurable outcomes across planning domains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering complex enterprise technology products.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning (demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, capacity).
• Experience with enterprise planning products and translating requirements into scalable capabilities.
• 5+ years using analytics, optimization, forecasting, or decision-support capabilities.
• 5+ years partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Data, Engineering, and other teams.
• 5+ years hands-on product management including vision, roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs.

Responsabilidades

• Define product value and direction by aligning business and technical objectives, setting priorities and KPIs.
• Translate needs into buildable work by writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Drive delivery and outcomes through iterative Agile practices, partnering with design and engineering on sizing, planning, blockers, and post-launch review.
