• 5+ years collaborating with design and engineering on consumer-facing functions.
• 7+ years building roadmaps, priorities, and story outlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 years in agile delivery and product launches.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define business goals, KPIs, and UX direction.
• Define and communicate the product method and roadmap alignment.
• Create flows, user stories, and prioritization across teams.
• Manage non-functional requirements: performance, usability, accessibility, disaster recovery.
• Lead demos, RFIs, and supplier evaluations when needed.
• Assess technical feasibility and dependencies with related teams.
• Collaborate across levels to drive complex engagements and delivery.
• Own a prioritized product roadmap and cross-team milestones.
• Provide regular Readouts and proxy data to support decisions.
• Balance scope, resources, and timelines for multi-feature programs.
• Prepare product updates from launch announcements to governance reviews.
