• 3 years shipping products in an agile environment.
• 10+ years industry experience in tech with a track record of delivering complex products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problem definitions, goals, and KPIs for features.
• Define and influence product strategy and roadmap across teams.
• Create user flows and reports to inform decisions.
• Direct non-functional requirements such as performance, usability, accessibility, and business continuity.
• Manage cross-team roadmaps and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assess technical feasibility and coordinate with adjacent tech teams as needed.
• Prioritize scope, resources, and timelines across multiple features and programs.
