Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the value, usability, and performance of one or more digital products. You will design, build, and nurture a digital ecosystem that elevates the Starbucks brand and connects people through engaging experiences.

You will set product health metrics, translate needs into actionable epics, and lead cross-functional teams to plan, size, and deliver features with a focus on performance, scalability, usability, and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
• 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features.
• 5+ years developing roadmaps and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Defines product value and direction with clear priorities and metrics.
• Leads technical solutions for large, complex features independently.
• Translates needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
• Drives delivery using Agile practices with design and engineering partnerships.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute roadmaps.
