Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in engineering or substantial equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Aerodynamics, Circuit Design, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in CAD or Mechanical Design preferred.
• Strong written and verbal technical English communication.

Responsibilities

• Author advanced engineering problems across multiple domains.
• Evaluate AI-generated technical responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve problem quality and reasoning.
• Apply practical engineering judgement to design and analysis tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with project participants to ensure quality.
