Qualifications

• Advanced engineering degree or substantial professional experience.
• Experience creating technically rigorous problems through exams, competitions, or programs.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with industry-standard engineering tools relevant to your specialty.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while delivering high-quality content on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Author and evaluate advanced technical problems across Aerodynamics, Materials Science, CAD/Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Circuit Design, and related disciplines.
• Review AI-generated technical responses for correctness, engineering accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Apply engineering judgment to design, analysis, troubleshooting, and failure scenarios.
• Analyze complex technical issues, identify ambiguities, and suggest clarifications to problem statements and assumptions.
• Develop technically rigorous problems testing analytical reasoning and engineering principles.
• Provide structured written feedback and explanations to improve AI reasoning.
• Collaborate remotely with technical experts to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Document technical insights, weaknesses, and recommendations to support AI model improvement.
