Job summary

Kong is seeking a Senior Technical PMM to own the technical narrative for AI traffic management, including LLM routing, policy enforcement, and guardrails in production. You will shape positioning, enablement, and content for developers and executives.

You’ll lead evangelism activities, produce technical whitepapers, demos, and reference architectures, and collaborate with product to map the roadmap narrative to market impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure and deployment.
• Ability to translate complex tech to executive and technical audiences.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for AI traffic management.
• Drive the registry and discovery storytelling for AI, MCP, and agent registries.
• Lead technical field enablement for Kong Solution Engineers, CS teams, and other technical roles.
• Represent Kong as a technical evangelist at events, webinars, and customer conversations; produce technical content including demos, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
• Produce deep technical content—demos, reference architectures, and documentation-adjacent content.
• Partner with product to shape roadmap narrative for maximum market impact.
• Fuel launches and campaigns with technical positioning, proof points, and demo assets.
