Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, seeks a Product Marketing Manager for AI Governance in the EMEA region. You will own launches, campaigns, and content that translate complex AI tech into buyer-focused narratives, collaborating with a technical PMM team and field marketing to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering – ideally AI/ML platform context.
• Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and governance concepts; able to discuss with AI platform engineers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into crisp narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Track record of developing product launches, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence that move pipeline.
• Highly collaborative across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
• Comfortable owning a stage: talks, analyst briefings, customer roundtables, and demos.
• Experience with open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise GTM motions preferred.
• Familiarity with AI connectivity landscape (APIs, AI observability, iPaaS, agentic orchestration) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own launch execution across the AI portfolio.
• Drive campaign strategy and content creation (web copy, ebooks, webinars, videos).
• Serve as the commercial interface layer between AI PMM and downstream marketing and sales.
• Support field and partner enablement with sales assets and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with event marketing for AI portfolio presence at flagship events.
• Measure launch and campaign performance and refine messaging based on feedback.
