Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, seeks a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for Agent Identity & Auth (EMEA) to shape how enterprises understand non-human agent identity, authentication, and authorization across AI and API traffic.

You will own positioning, create technical content, enable field teams, and support strategic deals while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales and Partners. Strong background in IAM/AI security and open-source SaaS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure and governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical practitioners and executives.
• Highly collaborative across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
• Experience with IAM, AI security, open-source software, and SaaS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for agent identity and auth across AI and API traffic.
• Shape the category with thought leadership, blogs, talks, analyst conversations, and industry engagement.
• Lead technical field enablement for Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other technical roles.
• Produce deep technical content including demos, reference architectures, and whitepapers.
• Support strategic deals as the subject-matter expert for agents' identity and security criteria.
• Fuel launches and campaigns with structured inputs to AI PMM motions.
• Partner with product management to inform roadmap framing and capability naming.
