Palantir is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead external-facing programs bridging internal teams with government program offices, implementation teams and industry partners. You will translate complex technical progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers and senior leaders, while driving execution across integrated master schedules and core artifacts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in government, defense, aerospace or national security programs.
• Ability to engage in technical discussion and invest in learning technical concepts.
• Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Creative project-management approach enabling rapid iteration within a larger org.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and drive execution against integrated master schedules, requirements documentation, capability briefs and other core program artifacts.
• Translate technical capabilities and implementation progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers, partners and senior leaders.
• Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision and map strategy to team tasks and issues.
• Keep broad, complete state of everything involving or related to projects; pre-empt and resolve issues.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration and align technical experts around shared objectives; improve efficiency and coordination.
• Navigate complex, multi-party program dynamics and identify opportunities to strengthen position with the customer.
