Job summary

PMG seeks a forward deployed engineer to partner with priority customers and PMG leadership to translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions. You will design and implement custom data, measurement, and platform integration workstreams, while maintaining hands-on development using AI-assisted tools and industry best practices.

You will advise on feasibility and tradeoffs, help shape PMG’s evolving tech ecosystem, and contribute to high-impact moments such as pitches and

Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing or consultative technical roles (e.g., forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, sales engineering).
Ability to translate business problems into technical approaches and working solutions.
Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools and using them within standards.

Responsibilities

Partner with priority customers and PMG leadership to understand business challenges.
Translate ambiguities into technical approaches and working solutions.
Design and deliver custom technical solutions across data, measurement, workflows, and platform integrations.
Hands-on solution design and build using modern tools and AI-assisted coding.
Advise customers on feasibility, tradeoffs, and direction.
Identify reusable accelerators and inform platform evolution.
Support strategic pitches, QBRs, and new business efforts with technical clarity.
