ClearGov is hiring a Senior Manager, PMO to build and scale our project management function. You will design repeatable processes, templates, and governance, while coaching a growing team of project managers in a hands-on leader role.

You will help the company scale 3x over the next few years and deliver for government clients at scale. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs, manage client expectations, and drive KPI-driven delivery.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in project/program management with PMO leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS, GovTech, or highly regulated environments.
• Proven success scaling PMO from early stage to repeatable practice.
• Experience managing and growing PM/Implementation teams.
• Direct experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, ChurnZero or similar tools.
• Experience handling executive-level client escalations in government/public sector.

Responsabilidades

• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing PMO team aligned to company growth.
• Stand up governance, methodology, and delivery playbooks for public sector work.
• Define templates and workflows; manage intake-to-close processes.
• Lead client-facing delivery, escalation management, and executive reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for smooth handoffs.
