Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive deliverables and coordination across Emerging Technology teams. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, and speed, turning ambiguity into direction and delivering scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

You will partner with AI Hub, architects, platform teams, and IT stakeholders to frame opportunities, govern work, and ensure governance and delivery paths are followed.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of related experience including Technical Project Management.
Lean methodologies certification preferred, with strong product development understanding.
User-Centered Design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Enable Agile teams to adopt Scrum and Agile practices.
Facilitate ceremonies, PI planning, and delivery tracking with transparency.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities.
Coaching and mentoring to support Agile transformation and culture.
Develop executive dashboards and status reports to show progress and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional engagement to accelerate responsible experimentation.
