Job summary

Salesforce's Emerging Technology team is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Project & Program Management. You will embed with PMs, engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to bring structure to ambiguity, define milestones, and keep projects on schedule.

You will drive cross‑functional coordination, enable PM effectiveness, and run cadences, while coaching product managers on execution and navigating the dynamics of large-scale initiatives at a leading AI CRM company.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product-oriented project management within enterprise technology.
Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects to completion across multiple teams and orgs simultaneously.
Deep comfort operating in ambiguity and ability to cut scope when needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for updates to executives and contributors.
Fluency in Agile methodologies with ability to adapt frameworks to team needs.
AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work.
Hands-on experience with tools like Linear.

Responsibilities

Partner with product owners to plan, sequence, and execute projects with milestones.
Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, data, security and partner teams.
Navigate cross-org complexity and manage dependencies to prevent blockers.
Run project cadences: standups, milestone check-ins, sprint reviews, stakeholder syncs.
Create clarity on status and risk with honest updates for leadership.
Coach product owners on execution and effective meetings.
Lead retrospectives and iterate on processes to improve velocity.
