Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Epic Willow Specialist to design, configure, build, test, and maintain Willow applications within hospital pharmacy workflows. You will gather workflow requirements and support medication management, prescription processing, and dispensing processes.

The role includes Epic implementation, upgrades, integration testing, and providing end-user training, knowledge transfer, and production support, with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Certification (Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory).
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication management workflows.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Knowledge of medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration processes.
• Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
