Job summary

Join Lumen as a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem, converting field insights and product expertise into scalable capabilities that boost seller performance. You will manage training materials, curate external resources, and oversee internal forums to ensure readiness and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related tech functions.
Ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem to improve seller performance and revenue growth.
Develop, manage, and scale technical knowledge assets for consistent customer engagement.
Coordinate webinars and ensure accuracy of training materials and resources.
Lead internal peer-to-peer technical forums and publish technical updates to the seller community.
Partner with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with priorities.
