Acumen Fiscal Agent in the United States is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to establish and lead its enterprise knowledge management function, partnering with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Training.

This strategic leadership role focuses on governance, ownership across departments, and documentation standards for new products and releases, with AI-enabled knowledge strategies to improve discovery and reuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information science, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in knowledge management or content strategy.
• Experience building KM program or governance from scratch.
• Ability to enforce ownership, standards, and review cycles.
• Strong information architecture and taxonomy skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without authority.
• Excellent executive communication and facilitation.
