The Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant owns the knowledge ecosystem, turning field insights into scalable learning, improving seller readiness and revenue growth. You will partner across Product, Enablement, and Operations to deliver impactful content and programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
Ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem to improve seller performance and revenue.
Develop, manage, and scale knowledge assets for consistent customer engagement across Lumen's technical sales organization.
Coordinate live webinars and ensure training accuracy; curate external resources.
Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and contribute to new hire training.
Translate technical expertise and insights into reusable content and learning resources.
Partner with Product, Operations, Enablement, and SMEs to align knowledge initiatives.
