Job summary

Lumen, the trusted network for AI-powered enterprises, seeks a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to convert field experience, product expertise, and organizational intelligence into scalable capabilities that boost seller performance and accelerate revenue.

You will own and scale technical knowledge assets, coordinate live webinars, ensure training accuracy, publish updates, and partner with Product, Operations, Enablement, and Subject Matter Experts to improve readiness and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling
Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

Own the technical knowledge ecosystem to improve seller performance and accelerate revenue.
Develop, manage, and scale technical knowledge assets for the technical seller.
Coordinate and facilitate live webinars for the technical seller; ensure training material accuracy.
Publish technical updates to the technical seller community and support onboarding.
Collaborate with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to capture knowledge.
