Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for distributor partners and end-user customers.
• Build customer intimacy; conduct product trials, surveys, and troubleshooting to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to identify opportunities and support trials.
• Support product implementations, conversions and startup activities at customer facilities.
• Travel 60%+ to distributor and customer sites for required meetings.
