Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical and customer-facing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or sales support in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel ~75% to customer sites and locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all EHS policies while at company and customer locations.
• Provide field technical support including troubleshooting and on-site assistance.
• Attend sales calls to provide technical perspective and support solution development.
• Coordinate product testing, trials, and customer onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, trials, samples, and field feedback for continuous improvement.
