Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Irvine, CA for a long-term contract. The role is hybrid, in-office once a month, paying $60/hour on a long-term basis.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and collaborate with hiring managers to fill 15–30 roles at a time. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing, negotiation, and ATS experience, particularly with JazzHR, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS, JazzHR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Handle 15-30 open recs at a time.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and guide the process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and close candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in JazzHR.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting across Technical, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other roles.
