Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Recruiter specializing in Finance and Accounting to join their Irvine, CA team on a long-term contract (1099). The hybrid schedule allows one day in the office per month with the rest of the time working from home.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR is expected, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle 15-30 open requisitions at a time.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and guide through process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create offer packages, negotiate compensation, and close candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in JazzHR ATS.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Support recruiting across Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions.

Schedule: HYBRID: 1 day a month in office, rest of time WFH. Pay: $60/ hour?? Irvine, CA (Near Irvine Spectrum)?? Long-Term Contract Opportunity, 1099. Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Handle 15- 30 open recs at a time.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JazzHR.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts across Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, and other professional-level positions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
