Job summary

Vantor Services is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support an IC mission in Reston, VA. The role involves building and maintaining KM repositories, driving adoption of KM capabilities, and delivering strategic KM guidance on office-wide initiatives.

The candidate should have a TOP SECRET/CI-Poly clearance, DoD/IC experience, and strong proficiency with SharePoint and data visualization tools. On-site collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience minimum with bachelor's degree in information management, or related discipline.
• Must have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance.
• 5 years minimum experience working in the IC/DoD environments.
• Experience tracking CAP initiatives, unfunded requirements (UFR), etc
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience with data visualization tools and implementation for office adoption
• Demonstrated on the job experience briefing heads of departments and agencies.

Project : The Knowledge Management Specialist will work independently and as part of a cross-functional team comprised of technical experts supporting an established and growing Intelligence Community (IC) mission. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining key customer KM systems, working to increase system use, and developing future KM strategy. Our ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, service-focused, curious and adaptive. Previous experience working on-site to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge management repositories and tracking office-wide key performance indicators as part of the broader office objectives and key results. This role will also work closely with senior officers within branch and division level leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience minimum with bachelor's degree in information management, or related discipline
• Must have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance.
• 5 years minimum experience working in the IC/DoD environments
• Experience tracking CAP initiatives, unfunded requirements (UFR), etc
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience with data visualization tools and implementation for office adoption
• Demonstrated on the job experience briefing heads of departments and agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintain a KM Institute Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certificate
• Experience designing front-end solutions based on business requirements using tools such as SharePoint
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Designer workflows
• Experience developing prompts for super intelligence (SI) tools to generate solutions compromised of workflows, forms and dashboards
• Experience applying process change management principles to plan, communicate, implement, and sustain process changes.

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

Pay Range

• $102,000.00 - $136,000.00 - $149,600.00 annually.
