Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to create and maintain KM repositories, expand system usage, and help develop future KM strategy. The role supports an IC mission and DoD/IC on-site involvement.

The ideal candidate has a TS/CI-Poly clearance, 5+ years in IC/DoD environments, and experience with SharePoint and data visualization. This role emphasizes detail-oriented service and cross-functional collaboration on-site at DoD/IC facilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience minimum with bachelor’s degree in information management, or related discipline
• Must have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance.
• 5 years minimum experience working in the IC/DoD environments
• Experience tracking CAP initiatives, unfunded requirements (UFR), etc
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience with data visualization tools and implementation for office adoption
• Demonstrated on the job experience briefing heads of departments and agencies

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge management repositories and tracking office-wide key performance indicators as part of the broader office objectives and key results.
• This role will also work closely with senior officers within branch and division level leadership.
