Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Strong cross-functional program management and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the technical field on New Product Introductions and translate architectural changes into actionable requirements.
• Create the Survival Guide: Playbooks, API summaries, troubleshooting trees, and checklists.
• Design and drive programs from onboarding to ongoing enablement with global reach and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Operations, CTO, and leadership to ensure global alignment of technical roles and practices.
• Lead enablement sessions, develop decks, and build relationships with field audiences.
• Manage lifecycle of knowledge: refresh, retire, and maintain current guides and documentation.
• Measure program impact using field data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
