Job summary

Wiz is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead and deliver dedicated programming that supports technical enablement across audiences. You will collaborate with leadership, Operations, Product, and CTO teams to ensure deep product knowledge and effective positioning, implementation, and support of our solutions.

You will drive on-going enablement programs, manage content requirements, and measure impact with global reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Program Management, or technical customer engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the technical field on New Product Introductions and translate changes into actionable requirements.
• Create the Survival Guide: playbooks, API summaries, troubleshooting trees and checklists.
• Design and drive programs from onboarding to ongoing enablement with measurable worldwide impact.
• Partner with Operations, CTO, and product teams to ensure global alignment and best practices.
