Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager to drive the creation and delivery of dedicated enablement programming. You will collaborate with technical leadership, Operations, Product, and CTO teams to ensure deep product knowledge across audiences and measurable program success.

You will manage global initiatives, partner with SMEs, and translate complex workflows into precise content while guiding onboarding and ongoing enablement across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements in a fast-paced B2B setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Strong program management with ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and communicate with executives.
• Ability to consult with senior leadership and drive decision-making.
• Ability to partner with Product Management, Operations, and Technical Leadership to bridge product built and sold.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex architectural changes into actionable technical requirements.
• Create the 'Survival Guide' including playbooks, API summaries, and checklists.
• Design and drive global enablement programs with measurable impact.
• Align with Operations, CTO, and other leaders to ensure global consistency.
• Lead enablement sessions and develop compelling decks.
• Manage lifecycle knowledge for up-to-date materials.
