Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in MIS, CS or related IT field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Security and/or IT.
• Understanding of enterprise technology landscape, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, multi-team programs spanning security, IT, and engineering from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional leadership across security, legal, engineering, and business teams to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end project governance, track risk, scope, and timelines, and surface blockers to leadership.
• Partner to develop and manage a unified security and compliance framework across the organization.
• Integrate external drivers and frameworks to streamline efforts.
• Ensure controls align with Wiz business objectives.
• Assess and mitigate risks with industry frameworks and manage overall risk posture.
• Stay informed about evolving customer expectations and adapt accordingly.
• Foster a culture of compliance across Wiz teams.
