Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead technical programs across internal tools, bridging business strategy with system design. You will own discovery, data mapping, and integration across Salesforce, 1P, and 3P apps within a highly matrixed environment.

This role demands autonomy, deep systems expertise, and strong program leadership to drive multi-system initiatives from discovery to rollout, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in roles like Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager for large-scale enterprise transformations, including 4 years leading complex multi-system initiatives.
• Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies and Jira tools.

Responsibilities

• Navigate enterprise system boundaries and multi-system data flows across 1P and 3P tools using deep systems analytics.
• Document end-to-end system flows, integration requirements, and configuration procedures for the full customer and transaction lifecycle.
• Partner with Wiz and Google technical teams to populate roadmaps and drive delivery through the Kanban lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps, and propose scalable long-term solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead discovery for new integrated business flows and work with engineering to design and configure Salesforce and core 1P/3P integrations.
• Build consensus, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams outside direct authority.
• Own the delivery cycle from concept through UAT and rollout, ensuring solutions meet business problems and deliver measurable value.
• Establish best-practice artifacts, system documentation, and Agile/Kanban governance across initiatives.
