Job summary

Cylake is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA to architect production-grade lab/demonstration environments and translate complex cybersecurity features into compelling proofs of value.

You will craft deep technical content, train Sales Engineers, and work with Product Management to validate features and inform the roadmap. Strong technical writing and hands-on lab skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Marketing Engineering, Solutions/Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales in cybersecurity.
• Experience building and maintaining multi-vendor lab environments and POC frameworks.
• Proven ability to author customer-facing technical content and architecture guides.
• Hands-on lab/build experience with enterprise IT tooling and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain automated lab and demo environments.
• Create high-impact technical collateral: architecture blueprints, white papers, demo videos, guides.
• Deliver training programs and enablement sessions for Sales Engineers and field teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to test features and inform the roadmap.
• Present architecture deep-dives and live demos at events and briefings.
