Job summary

ERM seeks a Managing Technical Consultant, Due Diligence (Mergers & Acquisitions) to advise infrastructure investors, PE firms, banks, and energy companies on technical risk, asset integrity, and business plans across the United States. You will mentor teams and expand ERM's Technical Due Diligence practice while delivering high-value project outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical consulting within energy/infrastructure, strong reporting and client engagement skills, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting within energy and/or infrastructure sectors.
• Advanced report writing and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to identify risks and opportunities in technical documentation, site visits, and discussions.
• Ability to mentor consulting teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver medium to large, complex projects or phases of work.
• Contribute to business development of ERM's Transaction Services technical community.
• Identify new opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and lead project delivery.
• Develop and expand client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with ERM's global network of technical experts to support delivery.
