In this strategic role, you will advise infrastructure investors, private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and energy companies on critical investment decisions, helping them identify risks, uncover opportunities, and make informed choices. Working alongside ERM Partners and technical specialists across the globe, you'll play a key role in expanding our Technical Due Diligence offering while delivering meaningful value to clients navigating complex transactions.

Technical Due Diligence is a critical component of investment and transaction decision-making. Organizations rely on expert technical insight to understand the operational performance, asset integrity, business plans, and technical risks associated with infrastructure and energy assets.
As a Managing Consultant, you will help clients evaluate opportunities and make confident investment decisions while contributing to the growth and evolution of ERM's global Transaction Services practice. Your expertise will directly influence major infrastructure, energy, and investment projects around the world.

For the Managing Technical Consultant, Due Diligence (Mergers & Acquisitions) position, theanticipatedannual base pay is $100,900–$128,300(USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
