Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) seeks a Managing Technical Consultant for Due Diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions to advise investors and financial institutions on technical risk and opportunity in energy and infrastructure assets.

The role spans the US with a focus on complex transactions and sustainable outcomes. Lead technical assessments, mentor teams, and drive growth of ERM's Transaction Services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, engineering, or operational experience in energy/infrastructure.
• Strong ability to identify risks and opportunities within asset integrity, performance, and business plans.
• Excellent organizational, self-motivation, and teamwork skills for fast-turnaround environments.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across a large geographic area.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver medium to large, multidisciplinary projects and deliverables.
• Contribute to ERM's global Transaction Services technical community and business development.
• Identify opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and lead new business efforts with ERM Partners.
• Develop and expand client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Evaluate investment in infrastructure assets through technical, operational, and business plan assessments.
