Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consultant, Transactions to lead technical due diligence and advisory for infrastructure investments across the energy transition. The role is location-flexible in the US or Canada and partners with ERM's global client base to shape buy-side and project finance decisions.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background and 2–3 years of technical consulting experience in energy or infrastructure, with strong report writing and client-facing skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid engineering background or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in technical consulting in energy or infrastructure.
• Strong ability to assess technical docs, site visits, and risk/opportunity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape investment strategies by evaluating infrastructure assets.
• Lead the delivery of proposals and develop scopes and terms.
• Coordinate milestones and client meetings; report delivery.
• Collaborate across ERM communities and SMEs.
• Contribute to internal development of tools and processes.
