Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience preparing, editing, and managing program documentation for technical IT or engineering groups.
• Proficient in technical writing and producing audience-focused docs.
• Experience with MadCap Flare, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Write, edit, and maintain user guides, SOPs, system manuals, and training materials.
• Establish and apply style guides to ensure consistency across documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to gather and verify technical inputs.
• Manage documentation lifecycle, version control, and repositories.
• Publish and maintain content usingMadCap Flare, Confluence, SharePoint or similar tools.
• Perform document reviews for clarity, grammar, and standards compliance.
• Incorporate user feedback and training outcomes into updates.
• Support training initiatives with supplemental materials.
