Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, a technical degree, and proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse readers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with authoring accurate content (SOPs, high-level presentations, knowledge base articles, user communications).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents for software and systems engineering, operations, testing, and user documentation.
• Write and edit technical documentation for CMS Target Lifecycle including requirements, help, training, and user guides.
• Collaborate with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials.
• Research highly technical subject matter, organize information from multiple sources, and present it clearly.
• Provide expert oversight of technical writing and editing for the Program, Project, or Contract.
