Qualifications

• Experience gathering information from technical teams.
• Hands-on with Confluence and Jira.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and information organization.
• Ability to research new topics and work with SMEs.
• Attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain documentation for GEOINT systems and software.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, audience-appropriate docs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subject-matter experts to collect information.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, release notes, and manuals.
• Review updates for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Interview technical personnel to gather information.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Work in controlled/classified environments following security requirements.
• Follow established templates and content development processes.
